【李銘宏／台北報導】今晨北市氣溫降至14至16度，加上因強烈大陸冷氣團南下，挾帶中國霾害的污染物，環保署昨也發布台灣空氣品質下降警報，民眾除注意保暖外，也應注意空氣品質狀況，除過敏族群及老人、小孩，避免戶外長時間劇烈活動，一般民眾外出時，也盡量戴上口罩。
