勞委會：研議教保人員納保

全國教保產業工會十五日質疑幼兒園教保人員沒「保」障，權益倒退嚕。對此，勞委會勞工保險處專門委員陳慧敏說，勞委會已研議將私立幼兒園納強制加保對象，對僱用五人以上、未辦妥財團法人或社團法人登記的私立幼兒園是否屬公益事業，一個月內提出解釋。

工會及立委則要求，應加強幼兒園的勞動檢查。
