底盤勾路倒病婦不治　運將被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】56歲黃姓男子今年1月6日開計程車在新北市將一名路倒的60多歲陳姓婦人捲入車底，陳婦送醫不治。法醫解剖認定，陳婦死於高血壓宿疾引發的心肌病變與小腦出血，新北地檢署認定黃男疏忽造成陳婦傷痕累累還骨折，今依業務過失傷害罪將他起訴。

黃男承認當天色昏暗，沒注意路上躺著一個人。陳婦家屬難以接受解剖結果，強調陳婦生前按時服藥控制，「被車撞死怎會是病死」。

檢方勘驗路口監視畫面，赫見陳婦赤腳走在路中，突面朝下直挺挺倒地不動，18秒後黃男開車經過，底盤勾到陳婦後腦，造成30公分乘以20公分被掀起的撕裂傷，身體另有多處擦挫傷。

檢方見陳婦傷勢嚴重，左右兩側肋骨還各斷4根，再三詢問車禍有無加速陳婦死亡的關連性，法醫強調陳婦小腦出血與車禍撞擊無關，事發當時陳婦若非已病死，也應已瀕死，法院因此認定黃男僅觸犯業務過失傷害罪。
