宏達電內鬼案　工程師洩機密詐領3千萬

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署今天偵結宏達電（2498）未發表的圖形介面遭竊取案，北檢認定，宏達電設計部副總簡志霖、設計部處長吳建宏私下拉攏宏達電員工在外另成立公司，並洩漏宏達電尚未發表操作介面的ICON圖形設計，赴中國北京簡報，另多次浮報、虛設交易款項，收廠商回扣，共計詐領3356萬元，今依《營業秘密法》、《證券交易法》中特別背信等罪，起訴簡志霖等9人。
 
遭起訴的9人為簡志霖、吳建宏、工業設計部資深經理黃國清、黃弘毅、設計製造部經理洪琮鎰、設計製造部員工陳枻佐、廠商張俊宜、陳榮元、陳忠貴。檢察官批評，簡志霖、洪琮鎰犯後飾詞狡辯，惡性非輕，建請法院從重量刑。
