貨貿協議延宕　陸委會：加強溝通

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】台聯立院黨團上午舉行「貨貿也黑箱？」記者會，與會的經濟部次長梁國新表示，兩岸貨物貿易協定原預期今年底簽訂，但因各項因素延宕，期盼明年年中可完成，目前僅就文本談判完成2/3，尚未進入實際項目；簽定後送立院審議，審議方式尊重立院。陸委會經濟處處長李麗珍表示，自2011年3月至今，經歷8次工作會議，但談判進展仍有限，未來會加強與國會、業者及社會溝通。

經濟部報告也強調，為避免部份產業因貿易自由化而受損害，「因應貿易自由化產業調整支援方案」經三次修正，預計投入982億元，進行「振興輔導」、「體質調整」、「損害救濟」3種調整支援措施，協助產業因應貿易自由化。

台聯黨團總召許忠信提供談判策略指出，應向中國要求我國與南韓競爭力相同項目，中國應優先開放。
