譏鄰罹「蠶豆症」是「父母造孽」　女遭訴

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市陳姓女子(34歲)為了清除家中蟑螂，在花圃、地下室車庫旁的流理臺放置大量樟腦丸，王姓鄰居以1歲兒子患有蠶豆症，恐樟腦丸對兒子有嚴重影響及流理臺會擋住車輛進出等理由，通知管委會並報警處理，不料，竟遭陳女當眾指稱：「蠶豆症那是父母親造的孽！」等語。
 
王男提告後，陳女稱不是故意的，並說沒有影射王男，但台中地檢署以現場僅有王男家中有人罹「蠶豆症」，認定陳女所言可解讀成是因王姓夫妻作惡才遭因果報應，足以毀損王男名譽，依誹謗罪起訴陳女。
