韓濟州島「地主」　80%來自中國

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】南韓旅遊勝地濟州島，已淪為中國人炒賣房產的新目標。據在濟州島銷售多個房地產項目的中介人表示，在當地買房的人，接近80%都來自中國。不過，中國人的瘋狂投資，不斷推高濟州島房價，已讓不少當地的南韓人感到不滿。

據中國《法治周末》報導，中國人擁有的濟州島土地已達到48.5萬平方公尺，相比於2010年末的4.9萬平方公尺，增長了近9倍。早在2011年，以炒房投機聞名的浙江溫州商人，已多次組團到濟州島考察，投資當地房地產。而自2010年2月起，南韓政府實施，凡在濟州島投資購房50萬美元（約新台幣1500萬元），投資者及其直系親屬就可以獲得南韓的居住權。
