小鴨「爆消」　「代班鴨」最快本周六上陣

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨今天中午腦袋破了一個大洞，瞬間變鴨皮，陣亡在基隆海面上，製作黃色小鴨的「台灣大氣層公司」原也有製造下一站的小鴨，準備送到東南亞的國家展出，基隆主辦單位緊急聯繫後，對方願意出借該隻小鴨，供基隆緊急使用。

這隻經霍夫曼授權的小鴨，目前已經完成70％，製作小鴨的大氣層公司允諾將日夜趕工，預計在星期五（1/3）完成小鴨主體製造，希望星期六（1/4）就游回基隆港，重回所有鴨迷朋友的懷抱。
