【張沛森╱桃園報導】好大一頂綠帽！桃園一名遊覽車司機因長年在外工作，與妻子和四名子女聚少離多，夫妻感情疏離，因此在十年前離婚，去年五月兩人為子女管教爭執，前妻脫口說出：「小孩又不是你的！」男子氣得向法院提出「否認親子」之訴。但法官審理期間，四名子女拒絕到庭，也不配合採檢ＤＮＡ，法官認為四名子女放棄權益，採取男子主張，昨裁定四名子女非男子婚生子女。

桃園地院調查，蕭姓男子（四十八歲）和呂姓女子（四十六歲）在一九九三年結婚，呂女相繼生下現年為二十一歲長子、十九歲長女、十六歲次女、十三歲次男，因蕭男擔任遊覽車司機與妻子聚少離多，感情疏離，遂在二○○四年協議離婚，四名子女監護權也給了呂女。 

桃園一名遊覽車司機，與妻子因聚少離多離婚，其妻透露4名子女非他所生。
