摘要:台中大坑地區,十月二十五號將舉辦千人辦桌,今年不只有大坑特有的竹筍料理,受到電影「總舖師」的影響,還大吹復古風,推出尾湯,金瓜炒米粉,甕仔雞等古早味料理,總共十一道菜,豐富又美味。 甕仔雞,一拉起來金黃酥脆的外皮,還有油亮亮的雞汁,用手扒開,滾燙的肉汁沿著雞腿慢慢往下滴,這甕仔雞,可是用龍眼木,慢慢烘烤出來,不只有雞香還有淡淡的木頭香,再看看這一碗,菜尾湯,ㄟ別被菜名嚇跑了,這可不是真的菜尾,看看裡頭,放上蝦子魷魚花枝,還有大白菜芋頭火鍋料滿滿一大鍋
