摘要：台中大坑地區，十月二十五號將舉辦千人辦桌，今年不只有大坑特有的竹筍料理，受到電影「總舖師」的影響，還大吹復古風，推出尾湯，金瓜炒米粉，甕仔雞等古早味料理，總共十一道菜，豐富又美味。 甕仔雞，一拉起來金黃酥脆的外皮，還有油亮亮的雞汁，用手扒開，滾燙的肉汁沿著雞腿慢慢往下滴，這甕仔雞，可是用龍眼木，慢慢烘烤出來，不只有雞香還有淡淡的木頭香，再看看這一碗，菜尾湯，ㄟ別被菜名嚇跑了，這可不是真的菜尾，看看裡頭，放上蝦子魷魚花枝，還有大白菜芋頭火鍋料滿滿一大鍋
