2年內升息低於1碼 青年房貸利率將不動

【林巧雁╱台北報導】立法院財委會昨日第1天開會就大送利多，通過立委盧秀燕提案，未來2年內央行升息沒有超過1碼（0.25個百分點），青年安心成家的房貸利率就可維持不變，希望能藉此減輕年輕人負擔。

目前利率為1.72%

立委盧秀燕昨在立法院財委會質詢時表示，油電雙漲，未來萬一央行升息，提高利率將加重年輕人的買房負擔。「年輕人月薪才22K，2萬2、2萬3，只要升息1碼，每月多500~1000元，負擔就很重。」
財政部長張盛和說，上周央行理監事會沒有討論到升息，彭總裁只是提醒，升息還早。張盛和原擔心降低利率，恐影響行庫承作意願，先表示還要再評估，不能全讓台銀跟土銀吸收損失。
不過在立委強勢要求下，張盛和妥協通過決議。財政部估計央行若升息1碼，銀行不調利率需自行吸收成本約10億元。
目前行庫承作青年安心成家的房貸利率為1.72%，是2年期的郵儲存款利率加0.345個百分點，第3年起2.02%。
