【王勇超╱高雄報導】今天上午一名高姓男子開車擋在左營區果貿社區「寬來順」早餐店旁的巷子，造成騎乘殘障機車的殘障人士無法通行，有路人見狀上前敲打右前車窗，提醒高男移車，高男立刻下車，作勢毆打這名路人，在早餐店排隊的謝姓律師（31歲）立刻出言勸阻：「是你自己擋路，不移開還想找麻煩？」該名駕駛悻悻然說：「你是想怎樣？」然後上車駛離。

謝律師說，他繼續排隊約5分鐘，突然感到後腦遭重擊，轉頭一看是剛才開車的高姓男子帶一名楊姓友人回來動手打他，高、楊用拳頭圍毆謝律師頭部、臉部、手臂及下肢多次，並將他踹倒在地，倒地後仍持續圍毆，並辱罵：「幹你娘！」

警方說，高、楊兩人逞兇後離去，謝律師報警處理，在警方趕抵現場前，高、楊又回來用拳頭毆打謝律師，又把他踹倒在地，嗆聲：「你報警？打死你！」2人被拉開後離去。警網趕抵現場，謝律師對高、楊提出殺人未遂告訴。警方說，將傳喚2人到案說明。
