吳淡如違法經營民宿　最高開罰90萬元

【潘岳、娛樂中心╱宜蘭報導】名作家兼主持人吳淡如近年花近8000萬元，在宜蘭經營2家咖啡廳及5家民宿，卻遭人檢舉她在宜蘭市的「小藍屋」及「小熊VIP Villa」兩家民宿非法經營，宜蘭縣政府昨前往查察，祭出停業處分，近日將發函要求吳說明，若15天內無法陳述理由，最重得開罰90萬元。吳淡如經紀人回應，小藍屋已出租並託售中，小熊VIP Villa只供親友日租，非以民宿經營。

「民宿女王」吳淡如（50歲）頂著台大EMBA碩士高學歷，有《吳淡如超人氣說話術》等102本著作，主持JET《女人要有錢》等節目，年收入估近3000萬元，在家鄉宜蘭經營2家「小熊書房」餐廳及5家民宿，日本東京有4000萬房產收租。 宜蘭縣政府指出，吳淡如非法民宿小藍屋及小熊VIP Villa分別位在健康路及清華二路，前者產權登記在吳淡如名下，是2層樓的老屋民宿，只有1間房，假日包棟要價4500元。
