日月明功案　詹母黃芬雀無保責付給女兒

【孫英哲、詹智淵／彰化報導】彰檢起訴高中生詹淳寓遭靈修團體日月明功虐死案後，將在押的陳巧明等7人移審至彰化地方法院，由彰化地院在今天召開接押審理庭，法官並已裁定吳仁甫、林甫朋等2人20萬元交保，及限制住居、出境出海。開庭後詹媽黃芬雀無保責付給女兒、限制住居出境出海。

　詹母黃芬雀排在第三個出庭，她在出庭前情緒相當激動，淚流滿面，面對媒體詢問不發一語。
