北捷商辦大樓　周四起分批標租

【郭寶懃／台北報導】台北市捷運局將在1月23日(四)起，分批標租捷運聯合開發商辦大樓，包括捷運新莊線行天宮站、新店線古亭站及新店線公館站，1樓店面與33坪起跳的辦公室。

最快開標的是位在捷運新莊線行天宮站旁的一樓店面，截標時間在1月22日(三)，開標時間為1月23日(四)，坪數為271坪、月租86萬元，可從事一般零售業，租期為5年，包括4席停車位。

位在羅斯福路的捷運新店線古亭站地上4與5樓商辦，於1月24日(五)截標，1月27日(一)開標，坪數為84坪與98坪，使用分區為一般事務所，月租金為9.6萬元與110萬元，租期為3年，含3個停車位。至於地上2樓辦公室2月19日(三)截標，2月20日(四)開標，面積為33.33坪，月租金底價3.4萬元，租期三年。
