核四廠違法變更設計　台電遭重罰敗訴

【方翊倩／綜合報導】核能安全絲毫不得馬虎，台電卻擅自變更核四廠工地設計。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，原能會查出，台電在99年自辦核四廠設計變更案達700多件，影響工程品質，依違反「核子反應器設施管制法」第14條規定，處以最重的1500萬元罰鍰並停止違法行為，台電不服打行政訴訟，台北高等行政法院判台電敗訴。
