宜縣遭爆挪預算辦不老節　議員批規避監督

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣議會國民黨團上午召開「敬老不老，違法七拼八湊」記者會，痛批宜蘭縣政府日前舉辦的宜蘭不老節活動，預算從各單位「七拼八湊」，違法挪支2300多萬元，企圖「規避議會監督」，將把全案送審計室調查，同時也會在明年度預算審查中，優先刪除遭挪用的預算科目。

主辦活動的縣府工商旅遊處長陳德星說，只是將各部門預算整合，並以「不老節」統合活動，達到整合效益，她強調，往年辦活動也是如此，強調預算使用「一切合法」。
