大統案追加起訴台糖公司　高振利不法所得增至２０億

【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司黑心油案今天開庭，本案被告除大統長基公司、高振利、溫瑞彬及周昆明都涉及食品衛生法的攙偽、假冒及刑法的詐欺罪外，檢方再以同樣的起訴法條再追加起訴台糖公司。
 
此外，針對大統長基公司及高振利的犯罪不法所得的金額計算方面，原起訴事實載明為１８億５千萬元，檢方今天也補呈理由書，並將不法所得追加至２０億１千６２２萬８２４５元。
