公司 A公司(人數小於50的小公司) 光寶科技 地點 新竹(騎車15min) 新竹(騎車5min) 職務 軟韌體測試工程師 軟韌體測試工程師(影像事業群) 工時 8~9hr(幾乎不加班) 未知(9up?) 薪資 N*13 無分紅 (N-4)*14 不知有無分紅 住所 都 是 家 裡 小弟已婚兩個小孩，年資今年滿四年 之前做的都是關於軟韌體測試方面， 約面試一個月左右 目前拿到這兩個OFFER 小公司主管人不錯 是做SDN 可以練功 工作上也較輕鬆 生活可以兼顧 缺點是 小公司怕不知道能撐多久 感覺進去會是個賭注 光寶是較需要即戰力 會頗操 不確定有無分紅，但大公司穩定雖然薪資上比小公司少 新竹的事業部在版上好像沒有人在討論 小弟現面臨兩難 懇請版上前輩們指點!
