【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】在澳洲當設計師的25歲女子真恩(Loni Jane),自稱每天早餐都吃10根香蕉,以改善健康。

懷孕6個月的辣媽真恩,3年前是個無酒不歡的派對動物,但淪喪的生活讓她出現皮膚敏感、長暗瘡、變肥、掉頭髮、失眠及荷爾蒙失調等健康問題,一次到泰國旅遊時,更感染寄生蟲及登革熱。她決心放棄糜爛生活自救,依照一個以蔬果為主的低脂菜單為主要飲食,即每日攝取80%碳水化合物,10%脂肪,10%蛋白質。

她每天起床,先喝2公升檸檬水,口渴就吃半個西瓜,香蕉奶昔當早餐,午餐只吃一種水果,通常是5~6個芒果,方便消化,晚餐則只吃沙拉或配無油馬鈴薯片。真恩說,只吃蔬果及喝果汁後,健康大有改善,低脂飲食也讓她的血糖水平穩定。

雖然有不少人取笑她吃那麼多香蕉很古怪,但真恩不介意,指現在為了寶寶已經改變飲食習慣,不再到夜店,認識新朋友。
