噴藥害7人呼吸困難　負責人賠償獲不起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】經營除蟲公司的鄭姓男子，今年6月帶2名員工到新北市一家書局噴藥消毒，不料藥水煙霧順風飄到隔壁的全聯福利社，造成賣場內7名員工喉嚨痛與呼吸困難，全部送醫急救。鄭男3人挨告涉犯最重可判1年的業務過失傷害罪嫌，趕緊賠錢和解，新北地檢署今將3人均不起訴。

本案發生於今年6月22日下午1時許，鄭男和2員工在書局裡噴灑驅蟲藥水消毒，隔壁賣場7員工聞到飄散過來的藥劑煙霧，紛紛不支。

鄭男3人被帶回警局處理，堅稱使用的藥水不含對人體有害成分，豈料事後化驗確認，鄭男使用的除蟲藥水含有毒絲本、利舒寧等有害成分，鄭男趕緊一一賠錢和解，7被害人同意撤告。

檢方另認定鄭男3人涉犯最重可判半年的過失排放毒物罪嫌，但3人都已認錯，同樣給3人職權不起訴。
