鄭元暢秀長髮照　悼星友許瑋倫

【郭妤／綜合報導】鄭元暢今天在微博悼念已故好友、女演員許瑋倫35歲冥誕，他寫著：「也許很多人把妳忘了！也許很多人還來不及認識妳！也許……瑋倫妳像是星星不曾離開過！生日快樂啦！」並分享與許瑋倫的舊照，照片中他留著一頭長髮，模樣青澀，6年前許瑋倫因車禍不治身亡，粉絲除了緬懷明星殞落，也感慨時光飛逝。

而楊丞琳隨後也留言「這個日子，不會忘！妳永遠是我的天使！」，她與鄭元暢是透過許瑋倫介紹成為至交，儘管已過6年，2人仍難忘好友，特別在生日表達思念。
