不滿遭催債　角頭持衝鋒持掃射債主遭逮

【林錫淵、楊適吾／高雄報導】屏東縣內埔鄉綽號「小阿明」的中生代戴姓角頭（34歲），積欠鐘姓男子9百萬元賭債，雙方於今年7月25日約在屏東1間刺青店談判，戴男疑不滿鐘男催債，且鐘男還帶6名小弟助陣，便急扣潘姓小弟帶1把TEC KG9衝鋒槍前來，對屋內掃射10多發，鐘男等人趴地躲過，嚇得開車奔逃，戴等4人一路追殺到鐘男住處再開槍，所幸無人受槍傷。

高雄市刑警大隊偵二隊六分隊獲報展開偵辦，逮戴等4人，戴一度拿玩具空氣槍MP5衝鋒槍騙警方，但警方未受騙，並起獲當天開槍的TEC KG9衝鋒槍，全案宣告偵破，依違反《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》、殺人未遂罪送辦。
